What Is a Firearm Transfer?

A firearm transfer is the process of transferring possession of a firearm from one person or entity to another, often with the assistance of a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).

Boynton Guns can assist with:

• Online firearm purchases — Have a firearm purchased from an online retailer or seller shipped to Boynton Guns for transfer.

• Private-party transfers — We can facilitate private firearm transactions and handle the transfer process.

• FFL-to-FFL transfers — We can receive firearms from another licensed dealer and complete the transfer to the recipient.

Transfer Pricing

$60 — First firearm
$45 — Each additional firearm transferred on the same day.

The price is the same for handguns and long guns. Additional charges may apply depending on the circumstances of the transfer, such as an NFA item.
